北京时间1月8日晚，中国第五批赴阿卜耶伊维和直升机分队第一梯队60名官兵，乘坐中国空军运-20顺利抵达天津某机场，圆满完成为期一年的维和任务。
中国第五批赴阿卜耶伊维和直升机分队以中部战区陆军第81集团军某旅为主组建，自2025年1月初部署至任务区以来，主要担负兵力投送与撤退、乘客与货物运输、空中武装巡逻、战场搜救、空投补给、医疗后送等授权任务，全年累计飞行2600余小时，飞行总里程近50万余公里。
任务期间，分队还前往任务区周边学校、医院组织助学慰问、社区义诊等人道主义援助活动，为联合国雇员和当地民众义诊200余人次，赢得了当地民众的广泛信任和赞誉，全体官兵均被授予联合国“和平荣誉勋章”。
根据计划，第五批赴阿卜耶伊维和直升机分队第二梯队官兵将于本月中旬回国归建。
