Chinese Representative: The U.S. Accusations Against China's Nuclear Explosion Tests Have No Factual Basis
新华社维也纳2月11日电（记者于涛 孟凡宇）11日，中国常驻联合国维也纳办事处和其他国际组织代表李松在接受媒体专访时说，坚决驳斥美国关于中国开展核爆炸试验的指责。
李松表示，美国副国务卿迪南诺近日在日内瓦裁军谈判会议上指责中国曾于2020年6月开展核爆炸试验。对此，《全面禁止核试验条约》组织筹委会临时技秘处执行秘书弗洛伊德当即发表声明，明确表示该组织在美方指称的那一天并未监测到任何符合核爆试验特征的事件。这充分证明，美方对中国的指责毫无事实依据。美方做法极其不负责任，别有用心，企图为自身重启核试验编造借口，中方坚决反对。
李松说，他10日会见了弗洛伊德，坚决驳斥美方无端指责，重申中方对《全面禁止核试验条约》的庄严承诺和坚定支持。中国是最早签署该条约的国家之一，一贯坚定支持条约的宗旨和目标。自1996年宣布暂停核试验以来，中方始终恪守承诺，从未开展过任何违约活动，坚定维护国际禁核试共识，得到国际社会高度肯定。
李松指出，美国作为拥有庞大核武库的国家，理应履行特殊、优先核裁军责任，这是国际社会长期共识。美国持续歪曲抹黑中国核政策，本质上是美谋求核霸权、推卸核裁军责任的政治操弄。美国是破坏国际核秩序和全球战略稳定的最大乱源。
李松强调，中方敦促美方重申五核国“暂停核试验”承诺，维护全球禁止核试验共识，以实际行动维护国际核裁军与核不扩散体系。中国始终坚持走和平发展道路，奉行自卫防御核战略，核政策保持长期稳定性。中国将继续为维护国际和平与安全发挥建设性作用。
