为全面提升教练员队伍教学组训能力，近日，武警广西总队梧州支队严密组织2026年第一期教练员集训，旨在锻造一批素质过硬、精通业务的“武教头”。
此次集训采取“理论学习、编写教案、专攻精练、规范统一”的组训模式，聚焦战术基础动作、刺杀、擒敌术、器械及掩体构筑等重难点课目，进行集体研讨、动作示范和现地演示。坚持“四会”教学标准，统一动作标准、规范教学流程，切实解决教练员队伍组训方法单一、动作标准不一等问题。
参训教练员结合分工，精研教案教具、创新训法战法，在提升自身“讲、做、教”能力的同时，也为基层部队开展规范化训练提供有力支撑。
