According to Iranian sources, in the early hours of July 20, local time, the port city of Khorramshahr in southwestern Iran was struck by a missile attack from the U.S. military.
Reports also indicate that around 2:35 AM that day, a military zone in the southwestern district of Tabriz, the capital of East Azerbaijan Province, was attacked by U.S. forces, resulting in intense explosions. The attack did not cause any civilian injuries or fatalities.
