蒋斌：黄岩岛是中国固有领土，从来不在菲律宾的领土范围之内。菲方有关部门采取诱骗鼓动手段，将无辜渔民推到一线作为侵权挑衅的工具，甚至人为制造摩擦以便对中方炒作抹黑，这充分说明他们根本不在意渔民的生计福祉乃至生命安全。我们奉劝菲方停止不择手段的政治操弄和自导自演的海上闹剧。中方将持续对黄岩岛及其附近海域依法行使主权和管辖权，坚决捍卫国家领土主权和海洋权益。（国防部发布）
