《中国人民解放军预备役人员证》，制发启用！
The "People's Liberation Army Reserve Personnel Certificate" (hereinafter referred to as the "Reserve Personnel Certificate"), uniformly issued by the entire military, has officially been put into use recently.

The "Reserve Personnel Certificate" is designed in a card format, featuring high anti-counterfeiting properties and recognizability. It serves as an effective document to verify the identity of reserve personnel, with a unique identification number generated by the system. It is issued to reserve officers, reserve non-commissioned officers, and reserve soldiers who serve in the People's Liberation Army in accordance with the "People's Republic of China Reserve Personnel Law" after its promulgation and implementation. The "People's Liberation Army Reserve Officer Certificate" is hereby abolished.

It is understood that the "Reserve Personnel Certificate" employs multiple anti-counterfeiting technologies, with a single-page folding inner core. The certificate content mainly includes information such as name and date of birth. Reserve personnel must carry the "Reserve Personnel Certificate" that corresponds to their actual identity. In cases of changes in unit, reserve rank, or expiration of the certificate, the issuing authority should promptly review and reissue the certificate. Reserve personnel should properly safeguard the issued certificate, carry it with them during military training, readiness duties, and non-war military operations, and are strictly prohibited from lending, copying, counterfeiting, or altering it, to prevent loss and damage.
