与以往相比，当前基础训练的实战化、体系化、科技化特征更为凸显。训练不再局限于具体动作或技能，而是紧密对接作战任务，融入体系训练整体设计，强化技战术实战运用。同时，广泛运用模拟训练系统、智能考核设备等科技手段，使训练质效显著提升。
