俄称乌无人机袭击卢甘斯克一学校已致11死41伤

According to a report from Pashechnik, the head of the Luhansk region appointed by the Russian side, the death toll from the Ukrainian attack has risen to 11, with 41 people injured. Additionally, 10 individuals are missing.

On the morning of May 22, local time, Pashechnik stated that Ukrainian military drones had conducted a nighttime attack on the teaching building and dormitory of the Starobilsk Vocational College. At the time of the attack, there were 86 minors aged 14 to 18 on campus. On the same day, Russian President Putin stated that there were no military facilities or special department installations near the attacked college. Putin emphasized that there is no evidence to suggest that these drones hit the school dormitory due to being shot down or deviating from their flight path. He has instructed the Russian Ministry of Defense to submit plans for retaliatory strikes.
