The head of the brigade's training department told reporters that this is due to their scientific coordination and allocation of training resources, effectively solving the challenges of building combat effectiveness.

Training personnel in layers, concentrating equipment use, and ensuring training grounds are not idle… In recent days, reporters visiting various training grounds have found that multiple units in the armed forces are continuously exploring new paths for coordinating training resources, scientifically formulating training plans, and reasonably allocating training resources, which has continuously improved training quality and effectiveness.

In the heart of Northeast China, a specialized training session is in full swing at an air force unit. The unit's leadership told reporters that the training instructors are all from the unit's "mobile instructor talent pool." To address the contradiction between the increasing training demands at the grassroots level and the lack of high-quality teaching resources, they have broken down unit boundaries, selected outstanding training backbones to form a "mobile instructor talent pool," and concentrated on conducting teaching demonstrations, training processes, and special situation handling. Grassroots units submit their training needs based on actual conditions, and the headquarters accurately matches corresponding professional instructors from the talent pool, providing cross-unit teaching in a "demand-driven, targeted support" manner.

From "cooking at separate stoves" to "cooking at the same stove," the training resources of the troops have achieved maximum efficiency. On the shores of the Yellow Sea, a naval crew team welcomed a special group of "guests"—over ten soldiers from brother units. They will "borrow" a boat to go to sea and complete multiple practical training certifications. The leadership of the crew team explained that in the past, each crew team trained "independently," with training resources being relatively scattered and the talent cultivation cycle being long, leading to a prominent contradiction of "equipment waiting for talent." Now, the higher-ups have integrated the training resources of various crew teams, and on the basis of ensuring normal combat readiness training tasks, they have unified the allocation of crew members for cross-structure training, significantly shortening the talent cultivation cycle and accelerating the growth and development of crew members.

Deep in the mountains, personnel from the training department of a certain rocket force unit discovered through inspections and on-site supervision that after the new equipment was deployed in a certain brigade, some new specialized fields faced difficulties such as a shortage of key personnel and a lack of teaching materials. Under the coordination of the unit's headquarters, this brigade has sent multiple urgently needed professional backbones and outstanding candidates to brother units for on-the-job learning.
