珠海航展首次开放海上展区 静态展出海军现役舰艇
On October 13, the press conference for the 16th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition was held in Beijing, focusing on the progress of preparations and highlights of this year's airshow.
During the press conference, it was introduced that the Gaolan Port exhibition area is the first area to open for this airshow. The Chinese Navy will utilize the nearly thousand-meter coastline of Gaolan Port to create an immersive display area for maritime equipment, showcasing active-duty vessels in a static exhibition, and displaying amphibious armored vehicles and other equipment on land. Concurrently, a public open day event will be held, with the exhibition area implementing online reservation and review, and free access to the public. Visitors can enter the venue with valid identification. China Shipbuilding Group plans to showcase various types of waterborne and land equipment, including a new type of 500-ton unmanned vessel, with approximately 150 exhibits displayed in the core area of the main venue, and a dynamic performance area set up in the Gaolan Port exhibition area, achieving a dual interaction of "indoor static display + outdoor dynamic performance."
