(Wasfi Akab), World News — Yahya Qasim Sare'e is a brigadier general and military spokesperson since 2018 for the Yemeni Armed Forces (SPC), an offshoot closely related with the Houthi movement (or more formally Ansar Allah.) He frequently appears in military statements made by the Yemeni Armed Forces most notably on the attacks targeting Zionist linked vessels passing through the Red Sea and Bab-el-Mandeb Strait.
