Reduced-signature F-15 proposal
mediumF-15SE Silent Eagle was Boeing's export-oriented attempt to add reduced-observable features to the F-15E family.
The F-15SE Silent Eagle was a Boeing proposal and demonstrator, not an operational fighter in squadron service. Airforce Technology describes it as an upgraded F-15 Strike Eagle developed for international customers, while open-source histories identify a single demonstrator aircraft based on F-15E1. The concept tried to preserve the F-15's speed, range, and payload while adding reduced-signature features that might appeal to customers unable or unwilling to buy fifth-generation fighters.
