British precision rifle that became a family
Arctic Warfare grew from the UK L96A1 into a cold-weather sniper rifle family.
Accuracy International's Arctic Warfare lineage began with the PM/L96A1 sniper rifle selected by the UK Ministry of Defence in the 1980s. The later Arctic Warfare variant responded to Swedish requirements for reliable performance in extreme cold. This evolution turned a British precision rifle into an international family used by military and police marksmen.
