Today (the 23rd) marks the 28th anniversary of the first flight of the People's Air Force J-10 fighter jet. From the debut of the J-10 fighter jet 28 years ago to the current multi-type, multi-element system operations, the J-10 fighter jet has witnessed the accelerated development history of the People's Air Force in the new era. In recent days, multiple Air Force units have organized complex electromagnetic environment exercises involving J-10C and other fighter jets, conducting high-difficulty training in red-blue confrontations, close-range dogfights, and penetration assaults, honing and enhancing their capabilities for victory in air and space.
At an airport in North China, several J-10C fighter jets took off in succession, flying towards the designated airspace as planned. A complex electromagnetic environment air combat confrontation exercise, supported by an early warning system, is underway.
After the red side's combat formation arrived at the designated airspace, they quickly detected the blue side's fighter jets based on early warning intelligence networking and onboard radar information. The red side's lead aircraft, after assessing the aerial situation, allocated engagement targets through the data link and initiated an attack on the blue side's fighter jets.
During the confrontation, the red and blue side fighter jets transitioned from tracking and locking to high-load maneuvers, from beyond-visual-range engagements to medium-range dogfights, and then to close-range combat, continuously shifting between offensive and defensive postures until the battle concluded, supported by system elements.

This not only represents a transition from the A to the C model but also reflects the accelerated generation of system combat capabilities.
