had 7 soldiers

in the "Three-Hand" assessment
and were awarded the title of "Special Marksman."
The title of "Special Marksman" is the highest level
in the armored infantry specialty's
"Marksman" assessment.
The assessment standards are strict and the difficulty is high.
To assist the soldiers in "passing and upgrading,"
the company party branch planned and deployed in advance,
organizing rigorous and challenging shooting training
to select 7 outstanding soldiers
who met the examination criteria.
Additionally, 2 "Special Marksmen" from the company
were appointed as specialized instructors.
For the shortcomings of the 7 soldiers,
the 2 instructors analyzed and assessed each one,
formulating a "one person, one plan" training program.
Soldier Zhang Jinyuan had a shortcoming in
long-distance shooting stability,
so the instructor led him
to focus on long-distance aiming and firing training.
Soldier Li Qixuan tended to make mistakes
when shooting in complex environments,
so the instructor emphasized strengthening
his concentration training.
As each training difficulty
was successively overcome,
the training level of the participating soldiers
steadily improved.
On the day of the assessment,
the 7 soldiers remained calm and responded to the challenge,
all achieving excellent results
and being awarded the title of "Special Marksman."
