On February 11 local time, a warehouse of the United Nations World Food Programme in Kadugli, the capital of South Kordofan State in southern Sudan, was attacked by a drone. The attack resulted in damage to the warehouse building and the food supplies stored inside. There are currently no reports of casualties, and no organization or individual has claimed responsibility for the attack.

Recently, conflicts have escalated in the Kordofan region among the Sudanese Armed Forces, the Rapid Support Forces, and their ally, the Sudan People's Liberation Movement (North).
