Blumags and H. Henriksen Sign Agreement for REBS Magnetic Products

NORWAY — 23 June 2026 – Blumags and H. Henriksen AS have entered into an agreement under which Blumags becomes the exclusive supplier of magnetic products within Henriksen’s REBS (Rapid Entering and Boarding Systems) product range. The agreement also provides a framework for H. Henriksen to assume the primary marketing and sales responsibility for Blumags’ tactical magnet range.

Henriksen, established in 1856, is a supplier of specialized equipment and systems for military, naval, and maritime operations. Its REBS product family is used by military and maritime organizations worldwide for boarding, access, and insertion operations in demanding environments.

Blumags supplies corrosion-resistant magnetic solutions for demanding industrial and tactical applications in marine environments. The company specializes in magnetic products for marine environments with strong corrosion protection and multifunctional design.

Under the agreement, the magnetic products within the REBS range will be supplied exclusively by Blumags. At the same time, Blumags will hand over the overall responsibility for the marketing and sales of its own existing range of tactical magnets to Henriksen.

The collaboration is intended to support the continued development of these products, combining Henriksen’s operational experience and close interaction with end users with Blumags’ expertise in corrosion-resistant magnetic solutions.

The agreement is expected to strengthen the magnetic product offering within the REBS range through further product development and closer integration between product design and operational requirements.
