利哈乔夫说,俄国家原子能公司和俄国家航天集团在月球轨道站和兆瓦级火箭发动机项目上开展合作,这是核能对近地和深空探索的贡献,原型发动机应在2030年前研制成功。

利哈乔夫说,近年来,俄国家原子能公司在100多个高科技新领域的研发取得进展,在核医学和核聚变领域开发了很多新项目。2025年,该公司的海外订单总额增至2000亿美元,来自海外项目的收入达到165亿美元。

他还说,俄国家原子能公司在加里宁格勒州和新莫斯科地区建设的两座电池工厂将于2026年投入商业运营,每年可为10万辆汽车供应充电电池。
