On November 1 local time, the National Administration of Ukraine's capital Kyiv reported that Russia had attacked Kyiv's energy infrastructure, causing a power outage at a local water supply facility, which led to abnormal water supply in the urban area.

As a result of this power outage, water pressure has generally decreased in many areas of Kyiv, and some residential buildings may temporarily experience water shortages.

According to official statements, after power is restored to the damaged water supply facility, the pressure in the city's water supply network will gradually increase, but full restoration of water supply across the area will still take time. Currently, technicians from the Kyiv water company have begun emergency repair operations.

There has been no response from the Russian side regarding this matter. (Reporter: Dong Wei)
