EM&E Group will supply 47 naval weapon stations to the Portuguese Navy through NSPA

 Madrid, 8th June 2026. EM&E Group, a leading Spanish company in Defense and Security innovation and technology, will supply the Portuguese Navy with 47 naval weapon stations. This milestone represents a strategic step for the company as it is the first contract of this magnitude managed through the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA). In doing so, EM&E Group reinforces its position as a leading international partner in the field of high-tech naval defense.

The contract, which will be carried out in two phases, contemplates the delivery of different units of SENTINEL 2.0 and SENTINEL 30, 12.7mm and 30mm caliber systems, respectively.

The supply of EM&E Group naval weapon stations to the Portuguese Navy demonstrates the company’s commitment to developing technological solutions that reinforce European strategic sovereignty and proves that the capabilities of these systems meet NATO’s technical and operational needs and requirements.  This contract also consolidates EM&E Group’s trajectory in the naval field, whose systems have been in service for years on various Spanish Navy vessels, as well as in other international projects.
