On July 10, Xinhua News Agency reported from Moscow (Reporter Geng Huifang) that Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, stated on the 10th that any attack on any nuclear power plant is unacceptable, and the IAEA is closely monitoring the Bushehr nuclear power plant in Iran.

According to reports, Grossi made this statement to the media after meeting with Alexey Likhachev, CEO of the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation, in Kaliningrad, Russia. He noted that the IAEA has not observed any direct attacks on the Bushehr nuclear power plant in Iran, emphasizing that "the physical integrity of any nuclear facility is an absolute priority for the safety of nuclear facilities."
