On March 8 local time, a spokesperson for the Iranian Armed Forces' Khatam al-Anbia Central Headquarters issued a statement claiming that four U.S. Army "THAAD" system radars were precisely hit and completely destroyed.

The Iranian side stated that within the past 24 hours, the THAAD long-range radars deployed in the Rubai, Ruwis, Kharg, and Azraq regions were successively targeted and eliminated. (CCTV reporters Li Jiannan and Wang Zheng)
