Xinhua News Agency, Tehran, March 30 - According to a report from the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting on the 30th, Iran's permanent representative to the United Nations, Iravani, has sent a letter to the UN Secretary-General and the Security Council, pointing out that Ukraine has acknowledged sending "hundreds of experts" to the Middle East to counter Iran, considering this behavior as providing material and operational support for military aggression against Iran led by the United States and Israel.

Iravani stated in the letter that Ukraine's illegal intervention is not accidental, but rather an active participation and assistance to other countries in the illegal use of force against a sovereign state, constituting participation in acts of aggression and violating the fundamental principles of the UN Charter regarding the prohibition of the use of force. He pointed out that under international law, Ukraine must bear corresponding international responsibilities.

Iravani also emphasized that Ukraine's attempt to rationalize or normalize attacks on critical infrastructure is deeply concerning and contradicts the fundamental principles of international humanitarian law.

Recently, Ukraine has sent military personnel to countries such as Saudi Arabia and the UAE, utilizing its experience in countering drones to assist these countries in intercepting Iranian drones. Ukrainian President Zelensky stated on the 30th, after returning from a visit to the Middle East, that Ukraine has reached a security agreement with Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar. According to Israeli media, Israel has not yet made a request for assistance to Ukraine regarding countering drones.
