Iranian Media: Satellite Images Confirm Attacks on Two US Military Bases
Xinhua News Agency, Tehran, March 30 - According to a report from the Iranian Fars News Agency on the 30th, satellite images show that U.S. military bases located in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain were attacked by Iranian airstrikes.
The report states that satellite images indicate that the Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia was hit by four airstrikes. Comparisons of images before and after the attacks on March 22 and 29 show that the strikes resulted in the destruction of a tanker aircraft and an early warning aircraft at the base, with another building partially damaged.
Another satellite image shows that the U.S. Air Force base in Bahrain was struck by Iranian missile attacks, with multiple facilities damaged.
