Iranian media: US and Israeli airstrikes on Sharif University of Technology in Iran
Xinhua News Agency, Tehran, April 6 - According to reports from the Tehran Times and several other Iranian media on the 6th, the United States and Israel conducted airstrikes on Sharif University of Technology in Iran.
The reports stated that the airstrikes damaged the gas station at Sharif University of Technology, and the area is temporarily facing a gas interruption. "This is a typical example of a war crime. Our enemies are targeting places that are entirely civilian and scientific in nature."
Additionally, photos released by the Tasnim News Agency show that the university mosque was also hit by airstrikes, with damage to the interior walls and ceiling, and debris and dust covering the floor.
According to Iranian media on the 4th, Iran's Minister of Science, Hossein Simaei Salafi, stated that 30 universities in Iran have been directly attacked, with 5 professors and over 60 university students killed in the U.S.-Israeli strikes. Attacking infrastructure is a "crime against humanity."
