On April 5 local time, reporters learned from Iranian sources that the Iranian military has shot down 12 various U.S. aircraft since April 3.
It is understood that after a U.S. Air Force F-15E "Strike Eagle" twin-seat fighter jet was shot down over Iran on the 3rd, the Iranian military subsequently shot down 2 U.S. C-130 transport planes, 1 A-10 "Warthog" attack aircraft, 4 "Black Hawk" helicopters, 2 "Little Bird" helicopters, and 2 MQ-9 "Reaper" drones.
