Xinhua News Agency, Jerusalem, April 9 - The Israel Defense Forces and the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) issued a joint statement on the 9th, stating that the IDF and Shin Bet recently killed one member of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (Jihad) and three members of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas).

The statement said that the IDF and Shin Bet launched an attack on the 5th, killing Jihad member Abdul Hudari, and the attack also resulted in the deaths of three Hamas members. The joint statement noted that Hudari was involved in Hamas's attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, and planned an attack against IDF forces conducting operations in northern Gaza.

The statement also mentioned that the Israel Defense Forces and Shin Bet are currently still deployed in accordance with the Israel-Palestine ceasefire agreement and "will continue to act to eliminate threats that may arise at any time."
