Israeli military strikes in Gaza leave 7 dead
Xinhua News Agency, Gaza, July 7 (Reporter Zhao Weihong, Huang Zemin) - Palestinian sources told Xinhua reporters on the 7th that Israel launched attacks in multiple locations in the Gaza Strip that day, resulting in 7 deaths, one of whom was Muhammad Wahidi, the public relations director of the relief committee established by Egypt in the Gaza Strip.
Local sources informed Xinhua reporters that an Israeli drone struck a civilian vehicle in Gaza City, killing three people. Medical department sources confirmed that Wahidi was one of the victims.
Sources stated that earlier that day, Israel conducted multiple airstrikes in the southern Gaza Strip region of Khan Younis, resulting in three deaths; additionally, an Israeli drone attacked a tent housing displaced persons near the port of Gaza City, resulting in one death.
The Israeli military has not yet issued a statement regarding the aforementioned attacks.
