► MBDA subsidiary GDI Simulation acquires Agenium Group
The new relationship builds on the existing activities, markets and industrial partnerships established by GDI Simulation and AGENIUM Group. Leveraging their complementary expertise, technologies and geographic presence, the new relationship aims to consolidate and strengthen the respective positions of the two companies.
The ambition of this industrial project is to bring together a broad range of expertise to foster the emergence of a leading company in the field of simulation for study, experimentation and training (live and virtual), serving the various branches of the armed forces: Land, Air, Space and Sea, as well as industrial partners specializing in solution integration.
