乌克兰空军20日在社交媒体发文说，俄军19日晚至20日凌晨对乌克兰发动新一轮空袭。据悉，袭击导致基辅市超过5600栋建筑停暖，基辅市、基辅州、敖德萨州和苏梅州等多地停电。
乌空军说，俄军使用包括“锆石”高超音速导弹在内的34枚导弹和339架无人机发动空袭。其中5枚导弹和24架无人机击中乌境内11处地点，27枚导弹和315架无人机遭拦截，还有2枚导弹的情况在核实中。
乌总统泽连斯基20日在社交媒体发文说，基辅市、基辅州、文尼察州、第聂伯罗彼得罗夫斯克州、敖德萨州、扎波罗热州、波尔塔瓦州、苏梅州等多地遭到袭击。基辅市能源形势最为严峻，大量居民楼供暖中断。
基辅市市长克利奇科同日证实，空袭造成基辅市5635栋建筑供暖中断，其中80%以上是9日遭空袭后刚恢复供暖，基辅市左岸地区还出现大范围供水中断。
乌国家电力公司20日说，俄军对乌能源系统的袭击导致基辅市、基辅州、敖德萨州、第聂伯罗彼得罗夫斯克州、罗夫诺州、哈尔科夫州和苏梅州停电。
基辅州州长卡拉什尼克当天说，空袭导致该州1名男子死亡，2座加油站受损。（总台记者 王晋燕）
