Navy "Silk Road Ark" Hospital Ship Conducts Maritime Medical Training

Recently
the Navy's "Silk Road Ark" hospital ship
conducted maritime practical medical training
in a certain area of the South China Sea
focusing on small boat transfers, emergency responses
and mass casualty treatment,
to test the medical rescue capabilities of officers and soldiers throughout the entire maritime process.

Upon arriving in the mission sea area,
the "Silk Road Ark" hospital ship
immediately entered combat status,
with deck support allowing officers and soldiers to quickly lower small boats
to transport medical supplies forward
and rapidly transfer "injured personnel" aboard.

The forward team carried medical equipment
to conduct emergency treatment for simulated burns, fractures, and chest injuries
from combat trauma.
The triage team quickly completed the classification and diversion of the injured,
while the surgical team simultaneously began preoperative preparations.

Personnel at each position
worked closely together and efficiently coordinated
to ensure a seamless link for frontline emergency rescue, triage,
and surgical monitoring,
achieving a complete and seamless connection for the treatment of the injured.
This effectively honed the comprehensive emergency rescue capabilities at sea.

This exercise
accumulated valuable experience in mass casualty treatment
and effectively promoted the construction of a
rapid response and robust support
far-sea life support platform.
