Russian Security Council: The US and Israel May Use Negotiations to Prepare Ground Operations Against Iran
On April 14, Xinhua News Agency reported from Moscow (Reporter Xu Weikai) that Russian media cited information released by the Russian Security Council, stating that in light of the Pentagon's continued troop buildup in the Middle East, the United States and Israel may use peace negotiations to prepare for ground military actions against Iran.
Today, the Russian News Agency and TASS reported that the Russian Security Council announced that if the US-Iran negotiations do not achieve the expected goals, higher intensity hostilities may break out within two weeks. Additionally, Iran "still has a large amount of weapons."
