On March 10, Xinhua News Agency reported from Moscow (Reporter Zhao Bing) that Alexander Bogomaz, the governor of Bryansk Oblast, stated on social media that the capital of the oblast, Bryansk city, was hit by a Ukrainian missile attack that resulted in the deaths of 6 civilians and injuries to 37 others.
Bogomaz said that the injured have been sent to hospitals for treatment, with some in serious condition. He described the attack as a "terrorist act," claiming it was a deliberate assault on civilians by Ukraine.
Ukrainian President Zelensky stated in a video address that the Ukrainian military targeted a "key" military factory in Bryansk city, which produces electronic components and parts for missiles.
