Successful Completion of Offshore Graduation Internship!

On the afternoon of June 16,

as the Navy Zheng He ship

docked at a military port in Lüshun,

over 100 trainees from the Navy Dalian Naval Academy

majoring in Navigation and Command

successfully completed

a 14-day comprehensive graduation internship.

This internship focused on

combat readiness, real troop training,

intensive training for victory, and nurturing for combat,

scientifically coordinating

port training, navigation training, and confrontation exercises,

among various internship phases,

integrating the collaborative teaching forces of instructors, crew members, and commanders

to actively expand new paths for practical combat training

with a work standard of seeking innovation, change, precision, and improvement.

From "trainee observation"

to "trainee operation"

During the navigation training phase,

under the "escort" of the crew,

trainees commanded and operated the ship in groups

to complete lateral supply, joint search and rescue,

formation maneuvers, and precise anchoring,

applying training subjects.

From "theoretical teaching"

to "comprehensive exercises"

Relying on the training advantages of "training ship + frigate,"

introducing unmanned equipment for support,

issuing combat-oriented comprehensive scenarios,

organizing trainees

to conduct real troop "red-blue confrontations" at sea

and "back-to-back" wargaming,

cultivating trainees' ability to assess situations, understand intentions,

deploy forces, and coordinate operations.

From "course requirements"

to "job requirements"

Based on preliminary research,

trainees concentrated on reflecting their capability expansion needs.

The task ship organized trainees to focus on

"the performance outlook of new graduate officers,"

conducting multi-level discussions with non-commissioned officers, department heads, and commanders.

Trainees boarded various main battle ships

to familiarize themselves with party work and equipment management,

and to gain an in-depth understanding of ship life.

From "theoretical recognition"

to "multi-dimensional motivation"

At the beginning of their boarding,

trainees participated in the ship's flag-raising ceremony,

set small practical goals,

flexibly opened "window classrooms,"

and evaluated outstanding individuals and winning teams daily.

After the internship, a special internship certification ceremony was held.

Forging swords and honing talents,

determined to strengthen the military and venture into the deep blue,

looking forward to each trainee delivering

a regret-free youth answer sheet in the vast ocean.
