Reporter: I have two questions. The first question is, according to reports, the Taiwanese military's "Han Guang No. 42" war game started on April 11 and will last for 14 days. This war game for the first time includes intelligence units in the exercise group, incorporating mainland China's "gray zone harassment," "transition from exercise to combat," and "weapons and equipment invading Taiwan," to simulate responses to various "potential means" of the People's Liberation Army. What is your comment on this?

The second question is, according to reports, Taiwan is renovating the Dongsha Islands' dock and plans to deploy new frigates capable of carrying anti-ship missiles and an "island defense system," turning it into a forward base against the mainland. What is your comment on this?

Zhang Xiaogang: Regarding the first question. The "Taiwan independence" armed forces perform this "show" every year, but no matter how they push it, they cannot escape a deadlock. The vast majority of Taiwanese compatriots should recognize the extreme danger and harm of "Taiwan independence" separatism and should not be deceived by it. Indulging and supporting "Taiwan independence" will only turn oneself and one's family into cannon fodder.

Regarding the second question. I warn the Democratic Progressive Party authorities that there is no way out in confrontation, and if they dare to act rashly, they will face a thunderous counterattack.
