Xinhua News Agency Jerusalem, October 11 (Reporter Chen Junqing, Wang Zhuolun) The Israel Defense Forces and the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) issued a joint statement on the 11th, stating that in the past 24 hours, Israel has carried out strikes on the Gaza Strip, destroying multiple military infrastructures of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas).

The statement said that during the military operations, Israel targeted a Hamas command center, a rocket launch site, and three weapon depots.

Israel stated that Hamas had stored dozens of different types of weapons in these facilities, including rockets, explosive devices, mortars, rifles, and other combat equipment.

Israel indicated that the forces of the Southern Command are still deployed in the relevant areas and will continue to take action to eliminate what it calls a "direct threat."
