The Israeli military claims to have launched airstrikes on military targets in Isfahan and Shiraz, Iran.
On the 4th local time, Israeli Defense Forces spokesperson Efi Defrin stated at a press conference that the Israeli Air Force launched a series of airstrikes against military targets in Isfahan and Shiraz, Iran, from the night of the 3rd to the early morning of the 4th. Defrin noted that this was the first time the Israeli military had conducted strikes in these two areas during its current military operations against Iran.
Defrin stated that the strikes successfully hit over 20 targets, including two facilities in Isfahan where Iran stores "Qadr" missiles. He also mentioned that other targeted sites included ballistic missile and cruise missile storage facilities as well as air defense systems.
