The report stated that Zhao Chunlong, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and Secretary of the Central Committee, delivered a report on the commissioning preparations for the "Kang Kyun" destroyer. After being launched, the ship underwent a multi-stage professional evaluation and testing process, and its combat performance and reliability were comprehensively verified.
