The Ministry of National Defense of China Hosts the Second Shanghai Cooperation Organization Young and Middle-aged Officer Exchange Event

Zhang Xiaogang: From June 25 to July 1, the Chinese Ministry of Defense will host the second Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Young Officers Exchange Program, inviting young officers, defense officials, and representatives from SCO member states, observer states, dialogue partners, and relevant countries to participate. This event is organized by the National University of Defense Technology, with the theme "SCO Youth Together, Building a Secure Future." It will include special lectures, discussions, and visits, aiming to deepen friendly foundations, consolidate cooperative consensus, and actively promote the high-quality development of SCO defense and security cooperation to achieve greater unity, stronger collaboration, more vitality, and more effectiveness.
