Video: Russia Claims Control of New Settlements, Ukraine Claims Strikes on Russian Logistics Facilities
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported on the 22nd that in the past day, the Russian military has taken control of two settlements in the Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia regions. The Russian military also carried out strikes on maritime facilities related to the Ukrainian military. Russian air defense forces intercepted and destroyed 80 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones over Belgorod, Kursk, and the regions of Crimea, as well as over the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov.
Ukrainian President Zelensky stated on social media on the 22nd that the Ukrainian military carried out long-range strikes on multiple targets in Russia's Krasnodar and Stavropol regions that day. He noted that the targets included logistics centers supplying drone components and navigation equipment to the Russian military, as well as an oil depot.
