On the 16th local time, the website of the President of Ukraine released a statement that President Zelensky signed a presidential decree to make personnel adjustments to the heads of military administrative bodies in various regions of Ukraine.

According to the presidential decree, the positions of the former heads of the Kyiv City, Kyiv Oblast, and Mykolaiv Oblast military administration have all been terminated. The new appointee for the head of the Kyiv City military administration has not yet been announced, Ruslan Oleinik has been appointed as the acting head of the Kyiv Oblast military administration, and Heorhiy Leshchynov has been appointed as the acting head of the Mykolaiv Oblast military administration.
