新华社联合国1月28日电 中国常驻联合国代表傅聪28日在安理会中东问题公开辩论会上发言说，武力解决不了问题，任何军事冒险行动只会将中东地区推向不可预知的深渊。
傅聪说，当前，伊朗局势引发广泛关注，中东地区战云密布，紧张气氛不断加剧。伊朗是独立的主权国家，伊朗的事情应由伊朗人民自主决定。中方希望并支持伊朗保持国家稳定，支持维护伊朗主权、安全和领土完整。
他说，中方呼吁各方恪守《联合国宪章》宗旨和原则，反对干涉别国内政，反对在国际关系中使用或威胁使用武力。中方希望美方等有关方面正视国际社会和地区国家呼声，多做有利于中东和平稳定的事，避免激化矛盾、火上浇油。
傅聪说，中东是中东人民的中东，不是大国博弈的角斗场，也不应成为域外国家地缘争夺的受害者。中方愿同国际社会一道，尊重中东人民的自主选择，重视地区国家的合理关切，共同为促进中东和平稳定发挥建设性作用。
