Jihad: Palestinian Resistance Factions Will Continue to Hold Weapons
新华社加沙2月4日电（记者黄泽民 赵伟宏）巴勒斯坦伊斯兰圣战组织（杰哈德）高级官员穆罕默德·欣迪4日发表声明说，巴勒斯坦抵抗派别已达成共识，将继续持有“巴勒斯坦人民的武器”，同时在武器使用问题上向加沙停火斡旋方展现了灵活性。
声明说，以色列总理内塔尼亚胡正在编造借口，以继续对加沙人民实施战争并背弃加沙停火协议。无论在停火协议第一阶段还是第二阶段，以色列对巴勒斯坦人的杀害从未停止。
声明还说，以方正阻挠巴勒斯坦技术官僚委员会进入加沙地带履行管理职责。当仅有少数人在以色列的严格限制下获准出入时，加沙地带南部拉法口岸不能被视为开放。
以色列总理府3日发表声明说，内塔尼亚胡当天会见美国总统特使威特科夫时表示，加沙地带开始重建之前，必须先解除哈马斯的武装，加沙地带全面实现非军事化，并完成以方设定的战争目标。这是以方“不可妥协的立场”。
今年2月1日，位于加沙地带南部与埃及交界处的拉法口岸试运行开放，2日正式重开，但通行条件十分严格。自2024年5月以军控制巴方一侧以来，该口岸基本处于关闭状态。
