蒋斌： 非洲有句谚语“河有源泉水才深”。上世纪五六十年代以来，中国和非洲国家在反帝反殖反霸斗争中相互理解、相互支持，结下了同呼吸、共命运、心连心的兄弟情、战友谊。近年来，在习近平主席和非洲国家领导人战略引领下，中非友谊赓续传承、历久弥坚。中非军事合作始终坚持平等互利、共同发展，在军队建设、人才培养、联演联训、维和、反恐、人道主义救援等多领域合作取得丰硕成果，中非和平安全论坛、对非医疗卫生援助等成为双方合作的品牌项目。
