On October 13, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that the Russian military used land-based precision weapons and drones in the early morning to strike a long-range missile and drone production workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine, a locomotive shed for the maintenance of military and dual-use cargo railway transport vehicles, a logistics center in Mykolaiv region for storing dual-use cargo of the Ukrainian military, a drone warehouse, and a dry cargo ship in the mouth of the Bug River that was transporting military and dual-use cargo to Mykolaiv port.
