采用中压直流系统
福建舰搭载的中压直流综合电力系统能量转化效率很高，可直接驱动电磁弹射轨道，省去机械能转换环节，结构简化，故障率明显降低。
超级电容破解脉冲供电难题
常规动力航母曾被质疑，无法满足电磁弹射的瞬时高能耗要求。福建舰创新采用的超级电容储能技术，充电时间很短，可以独立承担脉冲负荷，符合避免对主机动力系统的冲击。
