108 Officers and Soldiers Awarded for Meritorious Service!

To further stimulate

the enthusiasm of officers and soldiers for training and preparation for war,

recently,

the 73rd Group Army's certain brigade

held the 2026 Annual

Basic Training Commendation and Award Ceremony

to present awards to 108 officers and soldiers on-site.

The brigade's officers and soldiers are anchored in a clear direction for training and preparation for war,

marching forward with high spirits,

and honing their skills in various training competitions.

A large number of

brave and tenacious advanced collectives and individuals have emerged,

and to set an example,

the brigade has allocated special reward indicators

to commend officers and soldiers who performed outstandingly in training.

At the ceremony,

as the commendation order was read,

the rewarded officers and soldiers

walked proudly to the stage

to solemnly receive this hard-earned honor.

Among them,

there are armored elite soldiers who achieved “Double Special Class”

and “Air Defense Elite” who set records in live-fire assessments.

Everyone is diligent and dedicated at their posts,

practicing the mission of strengthening the military through their actions.

After the award ceremony,

several representatives of the rewarded officers and soldiers

took turns to the podium

to share their struggles.

Armored technician Zhang Mingkai

did not stop his progress after achieving “Special Class in Armored Driving”

but instead launched an offensive towards the armored communication specialty.

Through relentless effort,

he successfully obtained “Special Class in Communication”

and became a rare “Double Special Class” expert.

Next, he will aim for

the goal of “Triple Special Class” armored elite.

This commendation ceremony

is not only a summary of previous training work,

but also sounds the clarion call for a new journey.

The officers and soldiers expressed,

“We will continue to root ourselves at our posts,

practice hard to win,

and contribute to the cause of strengthening the military.”
