A Batch of Self-Developed Heavy Equipment from Our Country Will Be Showcased at the Zhuhai Airshow
On October 13, the press conference for the 16th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition was held in Beijing, focusing on the progress of preparations for this year's airshow and highlights of the exhibition.
At the press conference, it was introduced that a number of products representing the latest independent innovation achievements in China's aerospace and national defense technology will be showcased.
The China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation will exhibit five major themes: "Entering and Exiting Space, Utilizing Space, Exploring Space, Integrated Defense for Sky and Ground, and Low-altitude Economy." The China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation will focus on launching a brand new integrated air defense system and an upgraded anti-drone system.
The Aviation Industry Corporation of China will present over 370 products from various fields including complete aircraft, onboard systems, technology, and manufacturing, which is an increase of more than 30% compared to the last exhibition, showcasing the hard-core strength and innovative vitality of China's aviation industry over the past 75 years.
China Aero Engine Corporation will showcase nearly 90 types of aircraft engines, gas turbines, as well as related testing facilities, typical components, and advanced materials, with nearly half making their public debut.
China Electronics Technology Group will display 550 cutting-edge products, among which 73 military products will be shown for the first time.
The China Ordnance Industry Group will have a total of 468 exhibits, including 144 new and improved products, accounting for over 30% of the total.
China Electronics will showcase for the first time a comprehensive communication system, a regional integrated electronic information system, heterogeneous drone swarm collaborative combat equipment, and a series of star equipment, products, and solutions empowered by AI for cybersecurity.
Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China will revamp the commercial aircraft industry pavilion, fully displaying the achievements of collaborative development in the large aircraft industry chain and the effectiveness of industrial ecosystem construction.
