新华社雅温得1月17日电（记者王泽）恩贾梅纳消息：乍得政府16日晚发布公报，“以最严厉的措辞”谴责苏丹快速支援部队近期的非法越境武装行动。这些武装行动共造成乍得安全部队7名士兵死亡，多人受伤。
乍得政府重申，自苏丹危机爆发以来，乍得始终秉持中立立场。乍得不参与苏丹冲突任何一方，绝不容许这场完全属于苏丹内部的战争被输出到乍得领土。任何新的侵略、挑衅或侵犯乍得领土的行为，都将“遭到立即、有力且毫不留情的反击”。
2023年4月15日，苏丹军方与快速支援部队在首都喀土穆爆发武装冲突，战火随后蔓延至其他地区。去年12月26日，靠近苏丹边境的乍得提奈军营遭到无人机袭击，乍得总参谋部次日警告苏丹交战方勿再侵犯，否则有权依法自卫。
