当地时间1月20日，执行“和谐使命-2025”任务的中国海军“丝路方舟”号医院船抵达乌拉圭蒙得维的亚港，开始为期4天的技术停靠。这是中国海军舰艇首次停靠乌拉圭。
上午10时许，“丝路方舟”号医院船悬挂中乌两国国旗，缓缓驶入蒙得维的亚港。乌拉圭国防部、海军相关军政要员，中国驻乌拉圭使馆工作人员、中资机构代表、华人华侨代表等齐聚码头，挥舞中乌两国国旗致意，共同迎接这艘满载友谊的“生命之舟”。
此次技术停靠期间，“丝路方舟”号医院船除进行适当补给外，还计划开展足球友谊赛、参观军队总医院等活动。
